Rehabilitation and Motor Training
in Katowice.
Come back stronger, train smarter. Pure Performance Institute combines orthopedic rehabilitation and motor training in one evidence-based programme - every decision backed by objective data, not guesswork.
From active amateurs to professional athletes.
We apply the same athletic-conditioning principles to amateurs, professionals and physically active people alike - and in orthopedic rehabilitation we hold to exactly the same standards, regardless of sporting level.
Who We Are
Pure Performance Institute is a place where rehabilitation and athletic conditioning form one continuous process. We help patients return to full fitness after injuries and orthopedic surgery, and help athletes develop their abilities while reducing the risk of further injury.
We work with professional athletes, amateurs, children and physically active people. Whatever the goal, we focus on an individual approach, thorough diagnostics and a plan of action tailored to each person.
We believe effective rehabilitation does not end the moment pain subsides, and athletic conditioning is more than a gym workout. That is why we combine physiotherapy, training and modern diagnostics to guide our clients from their first visit all the way to full fitness or peak form.
Our goal is not just to solve problems, but above all to build healthy, strong and capable people.
Individual Approach
No off-the-shelf templates. Every plan is built from your assessment, your sport and your goals.
Evidence-Based Practice
Clinical decisions rest on current research and proven protocols, not on trends.
Full Transparency
You see the same data we do at every stage, to help maximise your potential.
Specialists who understand both medicine and sport.
Physiotherapists and conditioning coaches working toward one shared goal - helping everyone, not only athletes. Specialists connected for years to professional and amateur sport, and very physically active themselves.
Don't waste time on half-measures.
Rehabilitation without athletic conditioning ends in re-injury. Training without proper diagnostics leads nowhere. We combine both stages in one place, with one team - so you never have to look further. Book your first visit and feel the difference from day one.

Objective testing removes the guesswork from rehabilitation. It tells us exactly when tissue is ready, when strength has returned, and when an athlete is genuinely ready to compete - not just when the calendar says so.
Objective assessment.
Focused work on results.
Professional assessment of an athlete's motor readiness using VALD technology, with the option to continue working together online based on the results. We don't use one universal test battery - the scope of testing is chosen individually for the athlete's age, sport, level and current stage of preparation.
We start with an interview and a basic functional assessment. Depending on the sport and the goal of testing, we may assess:
Upper and lower limb strength
Measured using a VALD handheld dynamometer.
Load control and distribution
Analysis during standing, squatting and single-leg stance using VALD force plates.
Lower limb strength and power
Including CMJ (Countermovement Jump) and jump parameter analysis.
Force production capacity
Isometric and dynamic tests tailored to the athlete's needs.
Speed parameters
Measured using VALD timing gates, including sprint time and acceleration.
Results let us identify an athlete's strengths, limitations and areas needing further work. On this basis we can plan the next stages of motor preparation.
Testing time depends on the scope of assessment and the availability of suitable infrastructure - e.g. a sports hall, football pitch, or another venue that allows speed testing.
Testing as a starting point for further work.
Based on the results, we build an individual training plan targeting the identified areas. Later stages are adjusted according to the athlete's progress and how well the plan is being followed.
Motor Testing
- Individually selected assessment using VALD technology
- Results analysis and training recommendations
Testing + Training Plan
- Full VALD motor assessment
- An individual 4-week training plan based on the results
Plan Continuation
- The next 4-week stage of the individual training plan
- Based on the athlete's current progress
Testing + Timing Gates + Plan
- VALD testing plus speed measurements with timing gates
- An individual 4-week training plan
We don't test every athlete the same way.
We choose the tools and scope of testing so the data is genuinely useful for their sport and translates into concrete training decisions.

Everyday work, testing and our athletes in action - @pureperformance_katowice
Clear rules, individual quotes.
Physiotherapy has a clear base price. Motor training is quoted individually - preparing a competitive athlete requires a different level of responsibility than training someone who simply wants to move well.
Physiotherapy Visit
- A single physiotherapy visit
- For more than 3 visits per week, price is set individually with the specialist
Motor Training
- Price depends on the number of sessions per week
- Different scope of work for a competitive athlete than for recreational training
